Would you rather live in a big city or on a farm
I grew up spending summers on my grandparents cattle ranch in Oklahoma. I love time out in the country but also the ease of living in town. I happily call the outskirts of Springfield home and feel lucky to have a bit of both worlds.
What was my favorite subject in school?
My favorite classes were always the ones with excellent teachers or professors. I never had a favorite subject but always loved the chance to learn. Many, many teachers and professors have played a big role and had a huge impact on my life.
The furthest spot you have been away from home?
I spent some time in a remote mountain region of Panama. There are few things like being in a place with no electricity, running water or cell service to give you a better perspective in life.
How do you like your coffee?
I keep my coffee routine very simple – always a dark roast, bold coffee with no frills or extras.
