George likes to stay cutting-edge. He is a Springfield native and grew up watching his father Jon and the team build and grow SignalPoint. George joined the firm after spending several years working on the investment advisory team at Personal Capital, one of the fastest growing advisory firms in the nation. With a background in using technology to provide creative solutions for clients, he is well equipped to help in an ever-changing environment. Like his dad, George is an avid guitar player and dog lover.

Would you rather live in a big city or on a farm?
I believe you can have the best of both worlds, which is why I love life here in Springfield so much. If I had to choose, I’d lean towards the big city for a wider variety of restaurants and activities to choose from.
How do you like your coffee?
I don’t drink a ton of coffee, but occasionally I’ll treat myself to a Frappuccino. All that caffeine and sugar gets my heart beating faster than a bear market, which is why I don’t have it too often!
What were your favorite subjects in high school?
I really enjoyed history and economics – Learning from the past on one hand and attempting to predict the future on the other.
